He was born on November 6, 1982, in Manchester, NH, son of Robert Martel and Linda (Margiotti) Allard. He attended area schools and graduated from Manchester Central High School in 2001.
Stephen was extremely passionate about his culinary arts career and had been cooking ever since he completed high school.
He was the biggest Kansas City chiefs fan - if there was a game on he was right there watching it. His family will always remember his reaction when they won the Super Bowl in 2020. He enjoyed many hobbies including playing basketball, watching football, playing Texas hold ‘em poker, and gaming. Stephen loved being surrounded by friends and family; family gatherings we’re his favorite.
