She was born in Phillipston, MA, Mary 25, 1926, the daughter of George and Florence (Green) Willis.
Mrs. Perkins was very proud of her role as homemaker and raising her family. She enjoyed cooking and she especially enjoyed the many large family gatherings that took place. She also enjoyed doing drawings.
She is survived by a daughter, Marie Freeman and her husband, William, of Tewksbury, MA; son Robert A. Perkins and his wife, Sandra, of Winchester, NH; five grandchildren, William Freeman, Jr., Scott Freeman, Walter Dziedzic, Jr. Michael Rhoades, Troy Rhoades; five great-grandchildren, Justin Freeman, Dylan Freeman, Andrew Dziedzic, Ashli Rhoades, Brittne Rhoades; two great-great-grandchildren, Donte Rhoades and Tessa Mary Elizabeth LaBrie; two sisters, Joyce Champney and Rose Elliott, both of Marlow; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John D. Perkins, Jr. on February 7, 2008.
A funeral service will be held Monday, November 3, 2014 at 2:00PM in the Marlow United Methodist Church, 11 Church Street, Marlow. Rev. Eric Feustel, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Village Cemetery, Church Street, Marlow. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00PM at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene.
