Nancy Ann Rowe

She was born in Keene, NH, on June 1, 1940, the daughter of Hollis W. and Helen (Shedden) Rowe. She was a 1959 graduate of Keene High School.

She enjoyed playing softball and basketball throughout her school years, as well as later in area leagues.

He work career encompassed that with the former Robert Harts Shoe Manufacturing, Perkins Machine, JR Engineering, Douglas Cuddle Toys, and Smith Medical, all of Keene.

She enjoyed watching the Patriots, Celtics and Red Sox. However, family was her favorite pastime.

She is survived by her grandniece and caregiver, Erika LaClair of Keene; a nephew, Mark LaClair and his wife, Christine, of San Tan Valley, AZ; grandnieces and grandnephew, Hannah LaClair, Julianna LaClair, Nathan LaClair, all of San Tan Valley, and many cousins including Verne Greene, of Keene whom she shared a special bond with like a sister; and Holly Smith Maryland. She was predeceased by her parents; a sister, Sheila LaClair; and a brother-in-law, Russell “Bunny” LaClair.

A funeral service will be held Monday, October 12, 2015 at 10:00AM in the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Main Street, Keene. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Foley Funeral Home.
