Nancy Eisner Frazier, 56, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2017 at DHMC Lebanon surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Keene on June 15, 1960 to Wesley C. “Bump” and Mary “Mim” (Oja) Eisner.
Nancy was educated in Keene, graduating from KHS in 1978. Her fondest childhood memories were spending summers boating and swimming on Granite Lake. She received her BS in Elementary Education from Keene State College. On October 20, 1979, she married the love of her life, David Frazier.
She was lucky to find a career which she loved. She worked 30 years as a first/second grade teacher at Mt. Caesar School. She went above and beyond with the hundreds of students she taught through the years. Each student was made to feel special and loved by “Mrs. F.” Teaching was a family affair. Her dedicated husband, her son, and her pets were an important part of Room 2’s family.
Surrounded by family and many treasured friends, she lived her life with integrity and humor. In the summer Nancy could be found entertaining by her pool … her little slice of heaven. Students, neighbors, and friends were always welcomed with a smile and open arms.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Dave Frazier of Keene; her loving son, Tyke and his wife Jenn of Winchester; her nephew, Dylan Eisner of Keene; her mother-in-law, Carlene Frazier of Gilsum; her sisters-in-law, Deborah Bedaw of Keene, Karen Frazier of Chesterfield and Robin Frazier of Milton, MO and their families.
She was predeceased by her parents; her brother, Bruce “Dizzy” Eisner; her infant son, Taylor Eisner Frazier; and her father-in-law, Ronald Frazier.
Nancy will be missed by all those who knew and loved her, but her spirit, which was larger than life, will live on in us all forever.
