Michelle Bernadette (Harris) Ballinger

She was born in Detroit, MI, to Myrna and the late Gerald Harris.

Michelle was a giving and smart woman who was loved by many. She was a finance manager for the USDOT and was proud of her career accomplishments. She graduated from Tecumseh High School, attended Eastern Michigan University, and went on to earn degrees from Sienna Heights University and Western International University.

In her free time, Michelle enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and was devoted to her pet dogs. She loved travel, RV camping, and kayaking in New England's quiet waters. Her kind and adventurous spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

Michelle is survived by her beloved husband Scott; her mother Myrna of Stoddard, NH; her brother James of Hiawassee, GA; her sister Judith of Crested Butte, CO; as well as her niece and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth.

A memorial service to honor Michelle's life is being planned for Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 1:00PM in the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court St., Keene, NH. Attire for the Michelle's memorial service is casual. Following the memorial, a celebration of Michelle's life will continue with a cookout at the family's home.
