He was born on June 21, 1990 in Brattleboro, VT and grew up in Fitzwilliam, NH. He attended area schools, graduating from Monadnock Regional High School with the class of 2008.
Jason was a foreman for Chris Lane Enterprises taking down threatening trees. He also started and operated MadOaks Tree Service. Jason loved the work he completed and was one of the best tree climbers around. He had a love and passion for climbing including the views from the top of towering trees that he brought down. The greater the conquer the greater his excitement. He especially loved to brag that he took down the biggest trees being tied in, NOT from a crane.
An avid outdoors adventurer, Jason enjoyed everything nature had to offer: hiking, swimming, hunting, fishing... His favorite trips included camping and visiting the ocean. He was skilled in chainsaw wood carvings. He had a hidden talent for drawings. He excelled at horseshoes being the New Hampshire State Junior Champion from 2002 to 2008 and New England Junior Champion in 2005 participating in numerous tournaments across New England.
When not working, Jason could be found spending time with his daughters. They were his whole world; He taught them how to ride their bikes, swim, climb trees and fish. He loved cooking for them and their mom, and tucking them in at night with a good story. He loved Madilynn’s special daddy back rubs and Oaklynn’s shoulder rides. He would carry her for miles. He was a fearless man, and loved with all of his heart.
