Deborah Lynne Wesley

Born on August 21, 1957, in Keene, NH, to Jeanette Ann (Polaski) and Delbert Herman Wesley. She lived a life full of dedication and care.

While in high school, Deb worked various part-time jobs, graduating in 1975 at age 17. She then embarked on her first full-time role at Maine Fidelity Life Insurance, part of National Grange in Keene, NH. With pride, she soon secured her first apartment and a brand-new car, marking the start of her independent journey.

In 1983, Deb married Harry Bickford, and they briefly relocated to Fort Worth, TX, for work before returning to New Hampshire. Their family grew with the arrival of their daughters, Stevanie Nicole in 1984 and October Mae in 1985. Deb cherished her time as a stay-at-home mother before returning to work in 1987 at Winchester Roll Products, now Winchester Precision Technologies, where she remained a valued employee for over 37 years.

A proud member of the Women’s Auxiliary #3968 in Winchester, NH, Deb found joy in community and connection.

She leaves behind her beloved daughters, Stevanie Nicole Bickford and her fiancé Gavin Sales of Keene, NH, and October Mae Bickford and her partner Chevy Buchko of Bristol, CT; her cherished grandson, Cooper James; her siblings, Julie Wesley of Winchester, NH, and Richard Wesley of Troy, NH; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Deb was predeceased by her mother, Jeanette, in 1997; her father, Delbert “John,” in 2001; and her brother and best friend, John Delbert Henry Wesley (“Jo Wo Wee”), in 1994.

Family and friends are warmly invited to gather and celebrate Deb’s life on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral Home, 33 Marlboro Street, Keene, NH.

While flowers are appreciated, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions in Deborah Lynne Wesley’s name be made to the Monadnock Humane Society, 101 West Swanzey Road, Swanzey, NH 03446 (www.MonadnockHumaneSociety.org), a cause close to her heart.
