Her parents, Cecile (Vigneault) and Bernard Harding, Sr. welcomed their daughter into the world on April 3, 1935, in Barre, VT. She grew up in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and considered New Hampshire her home, although she lived the greater part of her life in Connecticut.
Beverly was a graduate of Troy (NH) High School and attended Hilyer College, Middlesex Community College and Fairfield University in Conn.
She worked for 35 years with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, a division of UTC in the East Hartford and Middletown, Conn. plants, retiring in 1992. She was a member of the Professional Secretaries International Association and served as president in the Laurel Chapter and vice-president in the Conn. Division Chapter.
Following retirement, Bev worked as a volunteer at the Hartford (CT) Hospital.
She was a parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Church in Troy.
She is survived by a sister, Carol Davis of Troy, NH; a brother, William Harding of Shirley, MA; several nieces and nephews including James Coppo of Fitzwilliam, NH, Jay Coppo of Troy, Jodi Champney of Winchester, NH, Mark Drury of Troy, Debra Garcia of Lawrence, MA, William Harding, Brian Harding, and Steven Harding, all of Shirley, MA, B. Thomas Harding of Walpole, NH,; and a cousin, Bonnie Applebee, of East Hampton, CT. Two brothers, Richard Harding and Bernard Harding, and two sisters, Elizabeth Harding and Barbara Coppo, predeceased her.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 10:30am in St. Bernard Church, 185 Main Street, Keene. Burial with committal prayers will follow the mass in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Marlborough Road, Troy.
