He was married to Juanita Cobos Rubio on October 28, 1978. Andres worked as a Drywall Contractor for many years.
Andres will be remembered as a beloved father, son, brother and friend. A person who loved to talk to everyone, tell stories and had a great sense of humor no matter what he was going through. He had a passion for Music. He loved to sing and play the guitar with his family and friends. He also, enjoyed gardening, he loved to grow and take care of his plants. He will be deeply missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is survived by his children; Araceli Velasco Cobos (Dionisio), Veronica Cobos Rubio, Andy Cobos Rubio, (Monica), Armando Cobos Rubio. Grandchildren; Dionisio Gael, Damaris Alexa, Laylani, Andres Santiago. Siblings; Alfredo, Ruben, and Jose Luis

He is predeceased by his wife Juanita Cobos Rubio, Son Jose(baby), mother Amelia De La O Barron, Father, Martin Cobos Mireles and brother Carlos Cobos.
