Bill was born June 13, 1939 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Bill and Doris Blank. A short time later Bill moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he graduated from Will Rodgers High School. Bill spent a few years attending the University of Oklahoma, in Norman Oklahoma before becoming self-made man who spent time as a door-to-door salesmen for Waterless Cookware, a branch manager for Indel. He eventually started his own company called, Meditest and after selling the company Bill was employed at Excel Delivery Systems where he was often referred to as the best sales representative in the company.
It was at Meditest that Bill met his lovely wife of 27 years, Lacy. Lacy and Bill became a blended family with a total of 5 children where Bill treated every child as if they were his own.
Bill loved his dogs, cooking, gardening, movies, football, good restaurants, and serving at Providence Christian Church. He was a member of the Houston Association of Legal Professionals, LICOMA, as well as the Free Masons. But his greatest joy was bringing smiles to the faces of children as a clown at Shriners Hospital in Houston, Texas.
