Mary Jane Ingram, age 89, of Katy, Texas, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019, at home in Katy, Texas. Mary was born to John B. Scully and Elsa Mae Scully, on August 21, 1930. Mary Jane married William R. Ingram on September 5, 1953, in Louisville, Kentucky. Mary and Bill moved to Wichita Falls, Texas, where all of their children were born. The Ingram's moved to the Rio Grande Valley in 1969, where Mary owned and operated Someplace Else, a clothing and jewelry boutique, across from the Port Isabel Lighthouse, for 26 years. Mary is survived by her son, Bill B. Ingram and his wife, Sandy; daughter, Michele O'Loughlin and her husband, Jim; and son, John R. Ingram and his wife, Betty; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary will be greatly missed by all those she left behind. Her love, humor and wit were infectious.
Mass of Christian Burial is pending. Mary will be buried in Louisville, Kentucky.
