Jeremiah Markell Shepherd

Jeremiah Shepherd was born October 9, 2015 in Fort Hood, Texas. His parents are Garrettlouis Shepherd and Keari Rudolph Shepherd. Jeremiah's parents were military but with the birth of Jeremiah, his parents felt the need to retire to be available to him and his siblings. Jeremiah was a very ambitious loving and joyful child. At such a young age, Jeremiah had plenty of other adults and children to look up to because of his special personality, charisma and his passion for football. He was a seven year old with a bright future and his parents were going to make sure that all his goals and wishes came true. Jeremiah attended Bethke Elementary where he was admired and loved by his fellow peers and teachers. He was part of a football team that he loved called Warpath. While Jeremiah's time here on earth may have been cut short, his legacy will forever live on within all the people he had encountered with.

A Celebration of Life Service for Jeremiah will be Friday, November 18, 2022, 12:00PM, In the Rio Grande Chapel of Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, Texas 77494.
