We are shocked by the news that our dear sister Hui Xuan left us to be with the Lord. 
While saddened by this news, we trust that the Lord’s way is higher than ours. 
In John 11:25 “Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes into Me, even if he should die, shall live;” 
We prayed that God’s mercy and Grace be with the family and Hui’s parents. 

Hui, our dear younger sister-in-law, it has been days since the painful news reached us. Up to today, we still can’t realize the fact. Your passing is a great sorrow and loss to us. Although it is not easy for us, for our two small families to gather together, you have come across as being sunny, nice, calm, bright and firm...to us. Your spirit will forever live in our big family. 
Hui, our dear younger sister-in-law, we miss you, we miss your beaming smile, elegance, calmness...


I am deeply saddened by the shocking news. Hui was such a great friend. She led the fund raising for Alexander elementary school to build a water foundation with filters in 2017. Many students and teachers benefited from her efforts!  During pandemic with face masks shortage, Hui reached out to me for some fabric masks and hair coves for her colleges in the lab. She cared about so many people and was such a great role model!

Last time we met was at Beckendorff track field. Picture shows Hui walking with another friend. 

Rest In Peace, Hui! You will be highly missed!

Hui you made our team family so much brighter with your presence and your smile, and so much stronger with all your leadership and help.  We will miss you so much.

Hui was a talented and dedicated member of our lab team. She will be missed !!!! 

Hui was such a great friend since we knew each other since 2012.  I will always remember each moment we were together in Houston,  Las Vegas, Seattle, Denver and Yellow Stone. She cared more about others than herself.  There were so many moments I felt her generosity and kindness.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Hui's family during this difficult time.
