Dennis Lee Clayton, age 68, passed from this earthly life on 25, February 2019, in Houston Texas. Dennis and his surviving wife, Deborah have been life long friends and ultimately partners in marriage for over 60 years.
Dennis was born in Covington, Kentucky and raised in Pensacola, Florida since age 8. This is where he met his best friend and future wife Deborah. Dennis moved with his wife and son Brandon Lee Clayton, in 1982 to Houston, Texas where his family has grown in love to include daughter in law Deanda Orlando, and grandchildren Dylan, Andra, and Drake.
Dennis is survived by his sister Diana and brother in law Larry Galyen. In addition he was a cherished family member of Deborah's parents, brother's, and sister's life. He was a compassionate and supportive uncle to over 30 nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of Life at Bear Creek Baptist Church, Katy Texas, on Tuesday March 5th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to Bear Creek Baptist Church's Caring Fund.
Dennis' family, friends, and University of Alabama have lost one of their most enthusiastic fans.
