David Lance Tiller

Mr. Tiller was born on September 23, 1955 in Houston Texas to Joan and Sonny Tiller. He graduated from Spring Branch High School in 1974. He retired as a commercial plumber after 40 years at King Arthur, Polk and Kilgore. Although a hardworking plumber, he was an even better father. His days off were spent on the baseball and softball fields watching his two children, Ryan and Meagan. He enjoyed spending his time off watching Houston sports, listening to old classic music and enjoying the outdoors. For anyone that knew him, they knew David was a man who always put others before himself.

David Tiller unfortunately leaves behind his brother, Michael, his two children, Ryan and Meagan, daughter in law Kymberli and soon to be grand-daughter Blakely. He also leaves behind his impact on loving friends, coworkers, friends and family.

David was a hard-working, selfless, strong and joyful man, father, and friend and he will be greatly missed by all who knew them.

The Tiller family would like to give a special thanks to all those who were there for him in his victories and fights in fighting stage IV cancer for the last 5 years.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Sunday March 14th at Katy Funeral Home. 23350 Kingsland Blvd. Katy, TX, 77384
