He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on Monday, December 4, 1944 to Howard and Virginia Cooper. David had a career in oil and gas consulting, and was a member of Living Word Lutheran Church. David most enjoyed spending time with family, and will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in passing by his wife, Patricia Cooper; parents, Howard and Virginia Cooper; and his sister, Cathleen Cooper.
David is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Melissa Cooper; daughter, Marisha Cooper; and his grandsons, Travis and Dylan Cooper.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Living Word Lutheran Church, located at 3700 S. Mason Road in Katy, Texas.
