Ana Lorena Avendano

Mrs. Avendano was born September 29th, 1949 in San Jose, Costa Rica to Mario and Rosa Avendano. Mrs. Ana was a long time resident of the Houston – Katy area. She attended the Assembly of God church and was an avid member of different Houston Charities Foundations. Mrs. Ana enjoyed spending time with her family and was described as a friend to all.

Mrs. Ana, was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Carlos, Mario and William Avendano. She leaves behind her loving sons, Cris Avendano and wife Otti Avendano, grandsons Enzo Avendano, of New Orleans, LA; Zackary Avendano of Houston, Tx; and Cristhian Jose Avendano of Tucson, AR; and Esteban Avendano and wife Sandra Avendano of Katy, TX; granddaughter, Cassandra Avendano and grandson, Joshua Avendano, of Katy, Tx; and a host of other sisters (Rosy and Lelieth), brother (Gerardo), cousins, nephews, family and friends.

Mrs. Ana was an honorable Mother and Friend, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The Avendano family would like to give a special thanks to the Silverado Hospice and staff / MD Anderson Center; and Marbelli Pacheco who took great care of her in her final days of life.

A Celebration of her life, will be held 2:00 PM Saturday March 6th, 2021 in the chapel of Katy Funeral Home. 23350 Kingsland Blvd. Katy, TX. 77494.
