He was a 20 year Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam. He flew aircraft and enjoyed racing cars as a member of NASCAR, he trained and rode horses, hunted and trained bird dogs. He retired from Labconco as a plant manager.
After retirement, he worked the hobby farm brewing beer, gardening, playing guitar and enjoying life.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edna Burndine (Turner) and Millard Tuley,
his sister Becky Powell and brother Larry Tuley.
He is survived by wife of 60 years Myrna Tuley (Stenvers), 2 daughters Joelle (David) Bowen and Kelli Welch, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Floral Hills East Memorial Gardens on Friday, February 16th 2024 at 11:00am. 25203 E US Hwy 50, Lee's Summit, MO 64086
