Kansas City, MO

Bill was born February 6, 1938 in Salisbury, MO. After graduating from DeLaSalle High School he attended Mississippi College to play baseball for 2 years. He served in the Army, Special Forces Division where he excelled as a paratrooper and then continued serving his country as a Sergeant for the Kansas City MO Police Department. Bill was a private pilot and enjoyed flying, playing golf, and watching Notre Dame and Kansas City Chiefs football.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Asbury and Mary Kathryn (Botkin) Strub and his wife Mary Linda Strub. He is survived by his three children, Gary (Tina) Strub, Roxanne Strub, and Brian (Melissa) Strub; his brother Anthony (Betsy) Strub; nieces Teresa Strub and Cheryl Christensen and grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Ashton, William and Elizabeth Strub and Tyler Leak.

Services will be Thursday, October 29th at 11 AM at McGilley Antioch Chapel, Visitation will be at 10 AM and burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64138.
