Virginia was the daughter of Oley and Zelma (Higginbotham) Noah. She was born on April 11, 1930, in Marceline, Missouri. On August 1, 1949, she married Marvin Bailey of Brookfield, MO. They were together 73 years, until his death in March of this year. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters and 2 brothers.
She is survived by a son Tom, daughter Nancy, daughter-in-law Pam, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was a long-time member of Raytown Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
A visitation for Virginia will be held Monday, October 30, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at McGilley & Sheil Funeral Home, 11924 East 47th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Inurnment at a later date in Parklawn Cemetery Brookfield, Missouri
