Scott Alan Johnson, 41, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away early in the morning November 26, 2014 in Research Hospital, Kansas City, with his parents by his side. He was born July 16, 1973 in Whiteman Air Force Base, Knob Noster, MO. Scott was a graduate of Parkview High School, class of 1991.
Scott is survived by his parents, Gary and Catherine Johnson of Columbia, MO; and his sister and brother-in-law Kelly and Seth Smith of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by his two children Emily Johnson, and Cameron Johnson of Olathe, KS; and two loving nieces.
Visitation will be held at Mount Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, MO, on Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 12-1 p.m. The memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. with Reverend Molly Housh Gordon officiating.
