He served with the US Army Air Corps in the Pacific during WWII and was a graduate of the 'University of Kansas School of Busness. Bob was a plant accountant with Continental Can Company in California, New Jersey and Oklahoma. He also worked with Butler Manufacturing in Kansas City, Missouri and transferred to La Grange, Georgia as Division Controller.
Bob and Chris enjoyed many years of travel in their motor home during their 71 years of marriage. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by his wife, family and friends.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents William Brian Gaul and Edna Marie Gaul, his son Mark Curtis Gaul, and his brothers Bill Gaul and Dick Gaul.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Brant and Mary Ellen Gaul of Lenexa Kansas, grandchildren Brenna and Derek Gaul of Lenexa, son Steve Gaul of Lincoln, Nebraska, daughter-in-law Vikki Gaul of Sarasota, Florida and sister-in-law Lori Gaul, of Leawood, Kansas.
