Robert "Scott" Forsen, age 66, peacefully departed this world on August 2, 2024. Scott was born on June 27, 1958, in Garden City, KS. Scott worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, retiring after 33 years.

Scott is reunited in eternity with his parents, Bill and Jean (Miller) Forsen and his sister Sandy Blascyk. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will be forever remembered by those who knew him.

Scott is survived by his devoted wife Rhonda Forsen, who stood by his side through life's joys and challenges and compassionately nursed him through his cancer journey. He is also survived by his son, Brad (Kristin) Forsen and daughters Michelle Forsen, Lauren (Troy) Hussar and Candice (Jerimiah) Moody and leaves a lasting impact on the hearts of 7 grandchildren. Scott also leaves behind his sister and best friend, Sheri Crowley, and many extended family & friends including his best friend, Ed Farmer.

Scott enjoyed many hobbies including scale modeling, photography, and crafting with his Cricut. A natural born pack rat, Scott enjoyed collecting various things. He loved football and especially his Kansas City Chiefs. Being an Air Force brat Scott loved anything aeronautical, attending airshow's whenever possible.

To honor and celebrate Scott's rich and meaningful life, a celebration will be held on Saturday, August 24 at 12 PM Noon at Briarcliff Church, 800 NE Vivion Rd, Kansas City, MO 64118.

Scott's memory will forever live on, in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in eternal peace.
