Phyllis Vincent Hubbard, 86, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away June 27, 2011 at The Forum. Per Phyllis's request there will be no services. Phyllis was born December 7, 1924 in Browning, Missouri, daughter of Orvis Kenneth and Hazel (Ingraham) Vincent. She was co-owner of a chemical company.
