Philip K. Williams, 64, lifelong Kansas City resident and retiree from the KC Water Dept., passed away June 29, 2016. Philip is survived by his wife of 47 years, Ortella M. Williams, daughter Angela R. Gillihan, son Sean Philip Williams, grandson Masen L. Gillihan, three sisters and two brothers-in-law and one brother and life partner, three sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to ASPCA. Visitation will be Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 1 pm until service time at 2 pm, at Floral Hills Funeral Home.
