Philip was born February 21, 1940 to parents Joy Payne and Wilma Heisner of Sweet Springs, MO. He retired from Milgram Food Stores and then worked for Ray Simpson for a few years until he took a long vacation. Phil enjoyed golf, reading, watching TV, KC Chiefs and Keebler Double Stuffed Fudge cookies.
Phil is survived by his beloved wife, Lee Anna, sister, Nancy Weaver of Greenwood, SC, sons, Tim (Georgia) Payne of Mesa, AZ and Tod (Cora) Payne of Largo, FL, daughter, Terri (Glenn) Cauthren of Lake Lure, NC, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a niece, Keri and nephew, Brian, brother-in-law Maurice, sisters-in-law Verna, Bonnie and Christine, all of Texas, and many friends. Phil leaves us with many loving memories.
