US ARMY PFC Jackson Taylor-Smith, US Army, 21, of Gladstone, Mo., died July 13, 2013, at Ft. Hood Army Base, Killeen, Texas. Funeral services will 7 p.m. Thursday, July 25, at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 Vivion Road, KCMO. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at the chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Winnetonka High School Marching Band. Jackson was born May 5, 1992, in Kansas City, Mo., to Greg Smith and Felecia Taylor. He graduated from Winnetonka High School and played trombone in the Marching Band. His eclectic love of music continued after school as a member of the band Autumn Stay out of Waco Texas. Jackson's survivors include mother, Felecia Taylor of Gladstone; father, Greg Smith of Merriam, Kan.; grandparents, Paul and Wanda Taylor, Enterprise, Ala., and cousins, Kenton Hanifl, Lauren McCune, J.J.
