Patricia M. Finter, 74, died February 2, 2014 at KU Medical Center after a short illness. She was born on March 10, 1939, in Kansas City MO. A Kansas City resident, she worked in banking and was active and healthy for her entire life. She was a member of South Kansas City Baptist Church and active in the choir and teaching. On July 17, 1959, she married Edward L. Finter at Bethany Baptist Church of Kansas City. He survives. Other survivors include: sons, Steven B. Finter, Prairie Village, KS and Philip E. Finter, Blue Springs, MO; daughter-in-law, Pamela K. Finter; grandchildren, Kyle P. Finter, Keith E. Finter, Claire E. Finter; and brother, Donald Feagans and his wife Dale Feagans. She was preceded by: parents, Maurice, Sr. and Donna Feagans and infant brother, Maurice Feagans Jr. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd. There will also be a visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 8, at South Kansas City Baptist Church, 10200 James A. Reed Rd., Kansas City, MO.
