Nellie married C. Darl Clevenger in October 1952. They had 5 children, 12 grandkids and many great grandkids. She worked at the Lake City Ammunition for many years till she retired.
Nellie enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, bowling, playing cards and dominoes with family and friends. She also loved to cook and entertain, especially on holidays and birthdays. Their house was always the place to be. She loved tending to her yard full of flowers.
She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and love for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed, and forever be in our hearts.
She is survived by; daughter, Mary, and son, Cecil, along with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by; husband C. Darl, sons Carl, Darl, Velph, and granddaughter Melissa.
The family will have a celebration of life for her.
