Mary was born July 2, 1933 in Elmira, Missouri. She was born to John Ryan and Emma Prine. Mary later was married to Earl Moss in 1954 and they settled in Independence, Missouri where they lived together until Earl’s passing in 1984. They had one daughter, Kathryn Knotts, and many beagles. They enjoyed the outdoors and their second home in Warsaw, Missouri.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents John and Emma Ryan, her husband, Earl Moss, and her brother Hubert Henderson.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Knotts, son-in-law, Randal Knotts, grandsons and their spouses, Grant and Paige Knotts and Wyatt and Libby Knotts, and grandchildren Greyson, Arlo, and Margaret.
A graveside service for Mary will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Floral Hills Cemetery, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133.
