Mary Anna Bailey, 91, peacefully passed away at her home in Independence, MO on July 3, 2016. She was a lifelong member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church and per her wishes Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the church (10113 E. Lexington, Indep., MO 64053) Sat., July 9th at 10am with interment following in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation 6-8pm Fri., July 8th with rosary recited at 6pm at the McGilley & Sheil Chapel.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, J. William Bailey & a son, James M. Bailey. She is survived by her sons, William “Bill” Bailey & Jerry Bailey (Elizabeth); daughter-in-law, Belynda Bailey; 5 grandchildren, James, Jared (Kelly), Justin & Tina Bailey and Melissa McDole and 5 great grandchildren, Gavin, Garret, Ashley & Andrea Bailey and James Michael McDole.
