Martha C. Rutledge, age 85, of Kansas City, MO, passed away on March 20, 2016. Visitation at 1PM with funeral at 2PM on Saturday, April 2, at Floral Hills. Burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Martha was preceded in death by her parents Richard Sr. & Beulah, brother Richard Jr., and nephew Steven E. Wipperman. She is survived by her sister Mary Wipperman (Lloyd) and niece Linda Scarcello.
