Mark Behrens

Mark was born in Woodstock, Illinois on April 6, 1951. He served in Vietnam from 1970-1971. After high school, Mark went on to the Electronics Institute to become a radio and TV repairman. He then went on to be an exterminator for the majority of his working life. In 1977, Mark married Susan Knapek in Illinois. Mark and Susan went on to have two children, Franklin and Matthew.

In 2006, Mark's first wife passed from cancer. In 2008, Mark retired and spent time with his antique radio hobby. He met Alexis J. Clayton and married her in 2017.

Mark was predeceased by his first wife Susan E. Behrens, sister Karen Behrens, and parents Rita and Robert Behrens.

Mark is survived by his wife Alexis Behrens, sons Franklin (Amanda) Behrens and Matthew (Latresa) Behrens, grandchildren Sophie, Destiney, and Matthew Behrens, and brother Scott Behrens.

Services will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on March 8, 2024. The visitation will take place from 9-10 AM with a funeral service at 10:00 AM and a graveside service to follow.
