Marilyn McKee Moore McGough was born in Eldon, Missouri on November 13, 1939 to Mr. Corwin and Mrs. Nadine Moore. She entered Heaven's gates on September 12, 2018, she is preceded in death by her parents.
A loving daughter, mother, sister, cousin and friend, Marilyn was a remarkable person with an infectious laugh, a kind heart and absolute devotion to her son, Richard W. Bojeck, who resides at the Independence home. Her sister and best friend, Nancy Jane Majors and brother, Robert Moore reside in Raytown. Marilyn was a true guardian of her son and her family.
She is remembered for her happy spirit and quick wit. As a 3 year old, Marilyn was named Miss Eldon (MO) after joyfully dancing on stage until being retrieved by her mother. Marilyn's cousins and friends have many beautiful memories of her. Marilyn was a lifelong supporter of Southeast Enterprises where her brother Robert worked for 46 years. Southeast Enterprises employs 170 individuals with developmental disabilities in the Kansas City area. She retired from J. B. Hunt Transport Services after spending her career with Kansas City trucking companies such as American Central Transport (ACT), Transcon Lines and Tollie Freightways.
