Marie Esther Hobson, 102, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on January 1, 2019.
She was born on March 15, 1916 in Maysville, Illinois, the daughter of Bert and Lena (Miller) Terry. Marie worked for many years as a sewing instructor at Kansas City White Goods. After retirement she and her husband, Raymond loved working with the children at Rockhill Baptist Church and Red Bridge Baptist Church and enjoyed enriching peoples lives with her many handmade afghans.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hobson on October 8, 1995. She is survived by a host of many friends who loved her dearly. She will be missed by all.
