Marie N. Henry

Marie Henry, 82, of Liberty, MO passed away January 8, 2012. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 11th from 6:00-8:00 PM at McGilley Antioch Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Thursday, January 12th at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.

Marie was born August 29, 1929 in North Adams, MA. Marie worked for Diamond State Phone, Ma Bell, Bellevue School District and later retired from the U.S District Court. She was recognized for her volunteer work with the Air Force Family Services and was a cadet leader and member of Weather Wives.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, William C. and daughter; Nancy Joan Henry. Survivors include her daughters; Barbara Welch, Susan Heath and husband Ted, Patricia Henry, Shirley Zollmann and husband Steve, 7 grandchildren; Rich Heath (Jenna), Patty Heath, JW Welch, Sara Zollmann, Julie Zollmann, Joe Zollmann (Caryn), Matt Zollmann; great grandson, Matt Heath; sisters, Joan Burgess (Johnny), Barbara Normille.
