Lynn was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Following graduation from Lee’s Summit High, he served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Molle Toyota, was a member of the Belton-Grandview Masonic Lodge and the Ararat Shrine. Lynn was an avid fisherman and loved the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals – win or lose.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine Watkins and Stanley Watkins, and a brother, Rodney Watkins.
Lynn is survived by his wife of 53 years, Pat; his beloved dog, Mya; two aunts, Judy Miller and Doris Leach; a brother-in-law, Mike (Judy) Hill; nieces, nephews and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, May 14, 2018 at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
