Lisa Marie Ojeda-Moreno

After 48 years of being blessed with her presence on this earth, Lisa went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 27, 2012. She will be missed tremendously but she leaves an incredible legacy. She was preceded in death by numerous loved ones. Lisa is survived by her daughter, Marissa A Moreno, and son, Joseph Angel Moreno, IV, whom were her pride and joy; her husband, Joseph Angel Moreno, III; her parents, Joseph “Pops” and Stella Ojeda; her 3 sisters, Michelle Guerra (Mario), Joey Ojeda- Molina (Juan), and Jackie Ojeda (John); her 4 Godchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

Lisa enjoyed listening to her music, spending time with her loved ones, and had incredible people person swag. We will cherish her smile, her love, and the memories we have of her always. A celebration of Lisa’s life will be on Sunday June 3rd at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64111 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with rosary prayed at 7:00. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday at Sacred Heart Church, 2544 Madison Ave, Kansas City, MO 64108. Following Mass, she will be laid to rest in Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1150 N 38TH St, Kansas City, KS 66102. Contributions may be made to the children’s education fund, c/o Stella Ojeda.
