Linda was married to her husband, George Pierce, for 49 years, until his passing in 2012. She worked at Guys Foods for many years and then worked at Waddell and Reed for 15 years. Linda enjoyed craft shows, cooking for her family and Dr. Pepper. She loved her family and grandkids very much. Linda will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Pierce; daughter, Rhonda Gilchrist; mother, Natalie McAdams; father, Hilton Freeman; sister, Judy Brister; and brothers, Louis High and JR High.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Karrey Hill (Bob) ; son, Derrick Pierce (Melanie); grandchildren: Zack and Avery Hill, Jaci Jenkins, Jacob Gilchrist, and Kylie and Kirsten Pierce; and great-grandchildren, Everett and Kate Hill.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM, service 2 PM, on Thursday, October 27 at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery.
