Kenneth L. Carter, age 75, of Kansas City, MO, passed away on January 15, 2017. Memorial service at 10AM on Friday, Jan. 27, at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Kenneth Lee Carter was born September 7, 1941 in Kansas City, MO. He retired from Alcatel-Lucent after 31 years. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Kay Carter, daughters Robyn Carter of Kansas City, MO, and Shannon Carter of Lee’s Summit; and grandchildren Zachary Carter-Easters of Orlando, FL, and Kaylah Carter of Kansas City, MO.
