Kenneth William Bledsoe (August 16, 1927-April 18, 2020) was a veteran of the Army, 78th Ordnance Dept, from 1950-1952. He had an active part in Bledsoe's Rental at 5025 Prospect, Kansas City, MO for 56 years. He also helped set up other rental stores in the area. He married Joan Bledsoe on November 15th, 1953, and was blessed with five kids. He was a good provider and a funny man, with a heart of gold. His sister Devota Chambers lives in Arizona. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Bledsoe, his son David Bledose, and grandson Michael Bledsoe. His surviving children are Pam and John Herman of Peculiar, Terri and Jim Fike of Buckner, Sheila and Robert McGinnis in South Carolina, and Jeff Bledsoe of Lee's Summit, as well as six grandchildren, Shawna, James, Daniel, Eric, Brandon and Jacob, and 13 great grandchildren. The family plans a celebration of life in the future after stay at home orders are lifted.
