Jerry L. Huffman

Jerry L. Huffman, age 70, of Lee’s Summit, MO, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Visitation 6-8PM on Tuesday, March 14, at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Jerry was born in Lexington, KY, and grew up in Lancaster, KY. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was a wonderful Christian man who loved the Lord and was a member of First Baptist Church of Raytown, MO. He worked as a CPA for the IRS for 36 years. He leaves behind his wife of 50 years Anita Wallace-Huffman, his daughter Melissa Huffman-Walker, granddaughters Paige & Lindsey Walker, his golfing buddy Don Brown, and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter Michelle Anne Huffman, his mother Gertrude Hagan Huffman, and his father Clay Huffman. He will be greatly missed, but his family will reunite with him again in Heaven one day.
