Janet Louise Martin, age 72, peacefully passed away June 4, 2019 at Kansas City Hospice House and Palliative Care in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born January 22, 1947 to Laurence Alvin and Helen Elouise (Rowlette) Fetterolf.
Janet was blessed to meet a fine former U. S. Marine, Orace Martin, Jr., affectionately known as "Marty". They were married June 16, 1973 and shared 46 blissful years together; loving each other; the God-sent help that Marty needed to help raise his, now "their" 4 beautiful girls. She was strong, with a bright spirit, dedication and determination... Worked 13 years for Lowes Home Improvement, all the while receiving Dialysis Treatment for her failing kidneys.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters and three brothers.
Left to cherish Janet's memory: her husband, Orace Martin, Jr.; daughters, Kristie K. and Tammy Jo Martin; Sisters: Teresa Ingraham (John) and Marilyn Fetterolf; brothers: Larry and Phelix Fetterolf, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other loving family and friends.
