Rick was born February 6, 1952. He found joy in NASCAR, golf, hunting, cars, and collecting treasures that spoke to his Soul. Rick cherished his loyal pet companions: Lily, Anna and Marenda, with boundless affection. Rick’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him, his spirit intertwined with everything and everyone he held dear.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Marenda and Thomas Oldham, and his brother David Oldham.
He is survived by his wife Debbie Oldham, His sons Jeremy, Scott, and Jill Oldham, his daughters Brandy (Curtis) Wilson, and Stacy Chandler, Grandsons Brandon (Allison) Stiverson and Curtis Wilson, granddaughter Jenna Boone, great granddaughter Autum Stiverson, sisters Phyllis (Gary) Freeman, Cindy (Richard) Wolfgeher, and Cathy (Randy) Easley, brother John Oldham, Bob (Pam) Oldham, Frank Oldham, Janet Wisecarver, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for James will be held Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7000 BLUE RIDGE BLVD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64133.
