Frank Donnie Barlow, II “Donnie”, born in Kansas City MO September 25th 1961 passed away April 9th 2024 in St. Louis MO at his home.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday April 19th 2024 at Newcomers Floral Hills Funeral Home (7000 Blue Ridge Blvd Kansas City MO 64133).
Donnie was the oldest of four siblings and was preceded in death by his mother Jean Ann.
He was employed in the automotive industry as a mechanic and spent most of his life helping people and fixing their cars. His generous spirit and interaction with people from diverse backgrounds brought great joy to those he knew, and he will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his Dad Frank Barlow, son Brian Woods, siblings David Barlow, Dennis Barlow, and Diane Hood, and many friends and family who cared very much about him.
