Frances Lowe, age 85, went to be with her Lord April 19, 2017. Funeral service will be 2:30PM, Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Floral Hills. Visitation will begin at 1:00PM. Burial will follow. Frances was born September 7, 1931, in California, MO, to Leonard and Flossie Bilyeu. She retired from AARP. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Raytown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lowe, and son, David Lowe. Survivors include her son and his wife, Tony and Janet Lowe; granddaughter, Amy Smith; and great granddaughters: Alexis and Andrea. Arrangements: D.W.
