FRANCES D. BLEVINS Frances D. Blevins, 96, of Independence, MO, passed away April 8, 2015. Graveside service at 12PM on Monday, April 13, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Visitation at 11AM at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Frances Dorothy Kresin was born February 21, 1919 in Norborne, MO, to Frank & Anna Kresin. She was a lifelong Lutheran. Frances enjoyed being a wife & homemaker for her husband and spent much of her retirement traveling. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Archie, 2 sisters, and 4 brothers. Frances was survived by her nieces and nephews Regina Keeling (Don) of Independence, MO, Gary Kresin (Robin) of Bucyrus, KS, Steven Kresin (Patty) of Independence, MO, Cammy Lamb (Pete) of Lexington, MO, Linda Cochran of NC, Sandra Kresin of FL; as well as many dear great nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the team at St. Luke’s Hospice House, especially Kay and Kim. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke’s Hospice House.
