Eva was born on May 3, 1937 in WaKeeney, Kansas. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother for over 59 years. She enjoyed baking, sewing, music, and was a dedicated Royals and Chiefs Fan. Her love of travel and outdoor activities took her across country; including Alaska and Hawaii. She enjoyed motorcycle trips, whitewater rafting, and hiking to name a few. Her devotion to her church of 73 years and strong faith impacted many people throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Russell, four brothers, one sister, and one nephew.
Eva leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband Larry, daughters; Jeanne Langlois (David), Debbie Welch ( Denny), five grandchildren; Austin Welch (Libby), Kelly Langlois, Lettie Langlois Taylor (Scott), Autumn Welch and Max Langlois; great-granddaughter; Vivienne Welch, brother; George Trible and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Grandview United Methodist Church General Fund.
We will celebrate Eva's Life with a memorial on Saturday, October 23, 2021, 10:00 am, at Grandview United Methodist Church 12613 Grandview Road, Grandview, MO 64030. Burial will follow at Longview Cemetery 12700 SE Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO 64149.
