After graduating from Lexington High School, she pursued a career as a dental technician; blazing a trail for women in that field. She lived most of her adult life in Kansas City, working at various labs there.
Though Billie never married, she was a favorite of her nieces and nephews. They have many happy memories of their fun times with Aunt Billie.
After retirement and the death of her mother, she moved back to Lexington to be near her sister, Betty.
Billie died on June 10, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, Betty Mussatto and Dorothy Landrum. She is survived by her beloved nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, June 17 at 10:30 AM at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, 10507 Holmes Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
