Enedina de Flores

Enedina de Flores, 67, of Kansas City, Missouri died on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Kindred Hospital-Northland. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Sacred Heart-Guadalupe Church, 2544 Madison, Kansas City, Missouri. Burial will be in Mount St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the McGilley Midtown Chapel, where the rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m.

Enedina was born on March 14, 1946 in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico to Tomas Angel and Rosario Gonzalez Angel. She married Sergio Flores and was married for 49 years. She became a naturalized citizen in October 2001. She worked for Faultless Laundry for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, one infant son, one infant daughter and two brothers, Jesus Angel and Guillermo Angel. In addition to her husband, Enedina’s survivors include five sons, Jorge (Miriam Soto), Sergio, Jr. (Sylvia Marron), Jaime and wife Sandra Perez-Flores, David and Gabriel; two sisters, Josefina Lopez and Juana Gonzalez; 25 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
